| 摘 要： | 采用“套管法”改进后的“缝合法”行大鼠原位肝移植８０例“套管法”吻合肝上腔静脉平均为８．６分钟，手术成功率９０％，一周存活率１０％。“缝合法”吻合肝上腔静脉平均为１０分钟，手术成功率９３．３％，一周存活率８３．３％，结果提示，“套管法”存活率低，缺乏实验应用价值，而改进的的“缝合法”既简化了手术，又缩短了手术时间和无肝期。

Studies on the ways of orthotopic liver transplantation in rats |

| Abstract: | Orthotopic liver transplantation were conducted in 80 rats by"cuff"and modified"suture"methods.The time of vascular anastomosis for suprahepatic vena eava was 8.6±1.5 rainby"cuff",10.0±2.6 min by modified"suture"methods.The operative successful rate and one-week survival rate for"caff"were 90%and 10%,for modified"suture"93.3%and 83.3%,re-spectively.The findings suggested that the survival rate of the rats using"cuff"method was lowwith no practical value.wihile the modified"suture"method not only simplified the operation,butalso shorten the time for operation. |
