摘    要:目的:建立含腭部种植体(支抗种植体)的上领骨三维有限元模型,为进一步研究腭部种植体加强磨牙支抗的生物力学特征打下基础。方法:采用螺旋CT断层扫描、计算机图像处理、计算机辅助设计和有限元软件处理。建立含腭部种植体的上领骨三维有限元模型。结果:建立了符合生物力学研究需要的腭部种植支抗的三维有限元模型。结论螺旋CT扫描、图像数字化处理及CAD技术提供了一种准确可靠的建立三维有限元模型的方法。本实验有限元模型的建立为上领骨种植体的生物力学研究提供了一个平台。

The creation of a three-dimensional finite element model of palatal implant anchorage

Abstract:Objective To creating A three-dimensional finite element model of palatal implant anchorage for the further investigation on the biomechanics around palatal implant to enhance molars anchorage. Methods Spiral CT scanning, image processing and CAD technology and FEM software were employed in the study to construct the three-dimensional finite element model of maxilla with a palatal implant. Results A three-dimensional finite element model of palatal implant anchorage is successfully constructed, meeting the needs of biomechanical study. Conclusion It was suggested that spiral CT scanning, image digital processing and CAD technology could provided a method to create three-dimensional finite element model accurately and reliably. This model supplies apply a base for the study on biomechanics of maxilla implant.
