他莫昔芬对扩张皮瓣即时回缩率及纤维包膜组织学的影响

摘    要:目的探讨他莫昔芬对扩张皮瓣回缩率及纤维包膜组织结构的影响和作用机制。方法以灰兔为实验动物,分为实验组(A组)和对照组(B组),将软组织扩张器置入灰兔皮下扩张,B组普通饲料喂养,A组加喂他莫昔芬。分别观察扩张皮瓣即时回缩率和纤维包膜的厚度,通过HE、VG染色观察两组扩张后10d和20d扩张皮瓣和纤维包膜成纤维细胞、胶原纤维含量。结果①A组的即时回缩率和纤维包膜厚度均小于B组(P<0.05)。②A组扩张皮瓣中成纤维细胞、胶原纤维与B组比较差异无显著意义(P>0.05),而在纤维包膜中明显少于B组(P<0.05)。结论在动物体内,他莫昔芬可以有效地减少扩张皮瓣即时回缩率,明显抑制扩张皮瓣纤维包膜中成纤维细胞和胶原纤维的增生。

Effect of tamoxifen on the immediate stretch-back rate of the expanded skin and the histopathology of fibrous capsule

Abstract:Objective To probe the effect and mechanism of Tamoxifen on stretch-back rate of human expanded skin and histological structure of human fibrous capsule. Methods Forty ash rabbits were randomly devided into the experimental group (A group) and the control group (B group). The skin expander are placed in each rabbit back skin. The rabbits in A group were supplied with Tamoxifen, while those in B group were supplied regularly. Then the immediate stretch-back rate, the thickness of fibrous capsule, the numerical density of fibroblasts and collagen fiber on area via of skin and fibrous capsule were surveyed under HE and VG staining at day 10 and 20 after expanding. Results The immediate stretch-back rate and the thickness of fibrous capsule in A group were lower than those in B group. The numerical density of fibroblasts and collagen fiber of expanded skin tissue in A group were similar to those in B group, but fewer than those in B group in fibrous capsule. Conclusion Tamoxifen can reduce the immediate stretch-back rate of expanded skin effectively and inhibit the proliferation of fibroblasts and collagen fiber of fibrous capsule obviously.
