| 摘 要： | 目的探讨金属基质蛋白酶2(MMP2)和MMP9在前列腺癌中表达的意义及和临床的关系。方法采用免疫组化的方法对51例前列腺癌手术标本及10例前列腺增生手术标本进行MMP2、MMP9检测及分析。结果在10例前列腺增生病例中只有2例MMP2和MMP9表达阳性,与前列腺癌中的表达具有差异显著性;并且MMP2和MMP9的表达与前列腺癌的病理分级、Gleason评分及转移密切相关,但与血清前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)水平无关。结论MMP2和MMP9的表达可能在前列腺癌的发展及转移过程中起重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the significance of the expression of matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) in prostate cancer(PCa) and its clinical association. Methods: Fifty one cases of PCa and 10 cases of BPH were studied by immunohistochemical method using monocolonal antibodies to MMP2 and MMP9. Results: There was significant correlation between MMP2 or MMP9 and pathological grade, Gleason score and PCa metastasis. Conclusion: The expression of MMP2 and MMP9 may play an important role in the development and metastasis of PCa. |
