症状不典型睾丸扭转7例并文献复习

目的:提高症状不典型睾丸扭转的早期诊断和治疗水平。方法:回顾分析7例症状不典型睾丸扭转确诊病例并文献复习。结果:7例患者均以腰痛为首发症状来诊,后均经彩色多普勒超声确诊为睾丸扭转,5例手术复位成功,睾丸存活;1例行患侧睾丸切除;另1例因家人及本人拒绝而放弃手术。结论:对首先主诉腰痛的男性患者,首诊医师一定要检查睾丸,以免漏诊;对疑为睾丸扭转者,应急诊手术探查。

Testicular torsion with atypical symptoms:Seven cases report and review of the literature

Objective :To uplift the level in the early diagnosis and treatment of testicular torsion with atypical symptoms. Methods :Retrospective analysis of 7 cases testicular torsion with atypical symptoms and review of the related literature were performed.Results :Seven patients of testicular torsion came to the emergency department with back pain,among which 5 cases were received the detorsion successfully and 1 case underwent orchiectomy operation. The other patient given up surgery because of his family and himself refused to. Conclusion :The attending doctor must firstly check the testicles when the patient comlained of back pain as the first symptom,so as to avoid misdiagnosis. As soon as testicular torsion was suspected,urgent surgical exploration should be performed immediately.
