磁共振水成像结合常规磁共振检查在泌尿系肿瘤诊断中的价值

摘    要:目的 探讨磁共振水成像(MRU)及常规磁共振(MRI)在泌尿系肿瘤诊断中的价值.方法 回顾性分析我院23例泌尿系肿瘤患者,其中输尿管癌8例,肾盂癌4例,膀胱癌6例,输尿管转移瘤4例,肾癌1例.23例患者均行MRU及常规MRI检查,其中8例患者行静脉肾盂造影(KUB+IVP)检查,8例患者行CT+CTU检查.分析23例患者的IVP、CTU和MRU,并与手术后病理结果相对照.结果 23例患者通过MRU并结合常规MRI可以从不同角度清楚描述泌尿系肿瘤的各种异常影像改变,定位诊断正确率为100% (23/23),定性诊断正确率为95.6% (22/23).8例患者的IVP定位诊断率50% (4/8),定性诊断率37.5% (3/8).8例CTU患者的定位诊断率100% (8/8),定性诊断率为75.0% (6/8).结论 MRU结合常规MRI定位定性诊断正确率高,无创且不受肾功能影响,可作为泌尿系肿瘤诊断的重要检查手段.

The value of MRU combined with conventional MRI in the diagnosis of urinary tumors

Abstract:Objective To explore the value of MRU combined with conventional MRI in the diagnosis of urinary tumors. Methods Twenty-three patients with urinary tumors were performed MRU and conventional MRI examinations, 8 with ureteral carcinoma, 4 with renal pelvic carcinoma, 6 with bladder cancer, 4 with ureteral metastatic tumor, 1 with renal carcinoma. Eight cases were performed IVP examination and eight cases were performed CTU examination. The IVP, CTU and MRU images were analyzed and then compared with the pathological results. Results The MRU combined with conventional MRI could reflect the abnormal radiological manifestations of the whole urinary system in 23 patients. The location diagnosis accurate rate and pathogenic diagnosis accurate rate of MRU, IVP, CTU were 100%(23/23), 95.6%(22/23); 50%(4/8), 37.5%(3/8); and 100%(8/8), 75.0%(6/8)respectively. Conclusions MRU combined with conventional MRI has a high accurate rate in location and pathogenic diagnosis of urinary tumors. It is an important examination method in the diagnosis of urinary tumors which is non-invasive and isn’t influenced by renal function.
