| 摘 要： | 目的分析腔内双极等离子体治疗尿道狭窄疗效,提高该病的诊疗水平。方法 2004年1月至2008年12月,我院采用腔内双极等离子体治疗尿道狭窄患者27例,均在导丝引导、直视下进行狭窄段瘢痕切除,切除长度0.5-2cm,术后留置尿管2-6周,拔出尿管后定期尿道扩张。结果所有病例均一次性手术治愈,无尿道穿孔、假道形成、直肠损伤等并发症,随访6-52个月,均未再出现排尿障碍。结论腔内双极等离子体手术是治疗尿道狭窄的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of transurethral plasmakinetic vaporization when treating urethral stricture. Methods Between Jan 2004 and Dec 2008, 27 patients with urethral stricture underwent transurethral plasmakinetic vaporization, all of the procedures were guided by the guide wire and under direct vision.
