| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声引导下微通道经皮肾输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗复杂性输尿管上段结石的有效性和安全性。方法回顾性总结超声引导下微通道经皮肾输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗复杂性输尿管上段结石48例临床资料，分析手术时间、结石清除率、拔管时间、术后平均住院日、手术并发症等指标。结果48例均I期成功建立16F皮肾通道并成功碎石，平均手术时间24min，估计平均出血量60ml。术后复查超声、KUB，一次结石清除率100％，无大出血，无胸膜、结肠损伤等并发症。结论超声引导下微通道经皮肾输尿管镜钬激光碎石术是一种治疗复杂性输尿管上段结石比较安全、有效的方式。
