加速康复外科理念下针刺治疗腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁的疗效观察

目的基于加速康复外科理念下观察针刺治疗腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁的临床疗效。 方法将2018年1月至2019年11月青岛市市立医院收治的48例腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁患者，分为试验组和对照组（每组24例），试验组采用针刺联合盆底肌训练疗法，对照组采用盆底肌训练法。观察两组患者在治疗前后控尿的变化。 结果两组组内治疗前后相比1 h尿垫试验漏尿量（g）、ICIQ-SF评分、24 h尿失禁次数均有改善；试验组治疗后各项观察指标均显著低于对照组，总有效率、治愈率均显著高于对照组；两组未见明显不良反应。 结论针刺能够有效改善腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术后患者尿失禁症状，促进尿控功能的恢复，符合加速外科康复理念，值得推广。

Effect of acupuncture on urinary incontinence after laparoscopic radical prostatectomy under the guidance of enhanced recovery after surgery

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of acupuncture on urinary incontinence (UI) after laparoscopic radical prostatectomy under the enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS). MethodsForty-eight UI patients were divided into experimental group and control group (24 cases in each group) from January 2018 to November 2019 in Qingdao Municipal Hospital. The experimental group was treated with acupuncture combined with pelvic floor muscle training, and the control group was treated with pelvic floor muscle training. The urinary control before and after treatment in the two groups of patients was observed. ResultsThe urine leakage (g), ICIQ-SF score, and 24-hour urinary incontinence were improved in the two groups compared with those before the treatment. Compared with the control group, the observational indexes of the experimental group were significantly better. The total effective and cure rate were significantly higher than those in the control group and there was no adverse reactions in the two groups. ConclusionAcupuncture can effectively improve the symptoms of UI and promote the recovery of urinary control function after laparoscopic radical prostatectomy, these suggested that the ERAS deserves to be popularized.
