| 摘 要： | 目的探讨掌侧锁定钢板治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折的治疗效果。方法对56例桡骨远端不稳定骨折患者采用切开复位掌侧锁定钢板内固定治疗,其中13例复位后骨缺损严重者行人工骨植骨。结果 56例均获随访,时间13~24个月。X线片显示骨折全部愈合。按Gadand-Werley评分标准:优12例,良33例,可10例,差1例。发生腕管综合征4例,拇伸肌腱激惹3例,局部疼痛1例。结论掌侧锁定钢板能有效维持桡骨远端不稳定骨折的复位,但存在各种并发症,处理得当基本能获得满意的腕关节功能。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of palmar locking plate fixation for unstable distal radial frac-tures.Methods 56 patients with unstable distal radius fractures were treated with open reduction and palmar locking plate fixation,and 13 patients with severe bone defects received artificial bone graft.Results All patients were fol-lowed up for 13-24 months.X-ray showed well healed.According to Gadand-Werley evaluating system,12 cases were excellent,33 good,10 fair and 1 poor.8 patients developed complications,4 with carpal tunnel syndrome,3 with thumb extensor tendon irritation,1 local pain.Conclusions Palmar locking plate fixation is effective in unsta-ble distal radius fracture.Some complications can happen,but with proper plan the basic function of wrist joint will be satisfied. |
