| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨LISS手术治疗股骨远端骨折的近期疗效。方法对37例39处股骨远端骨折行LISS钢板内固定术，其中18例骨缺损较大者行同种异体骨植骨。术后早期功能锻炼，定期随访观察，通过摄片及HSS评分进行疗效评价。结果37例均获随访，时间3—22个月，X线片显示骨折均愈合，时间3—8个月，对位对线佳。膝关节功能按HSS评分标准进行评分：优21膝，良10膝，可8膝，优良率为79．5％。结论LISS钢板治疗股骨远端骨折设计合理，操作简便，固定可靠，疗效满意。
