颈椎前路手术患者围手术期死亡相关因素分析

目的探讨颈椎前路手术患者围手术期死亡的相关因素。方法颈椎前路手术412例,其中颈椎病258例,颈椎外伤138例,颈椎肿瘤8例,颈椎结核8例。选取性别、年龄、术式等指标进行统计分析。结果围手术期内8例患者死亡,统计分析显示病例死亡同并发症、瘫痪情况和病种三因素相关。结论颈椎前路手术患者围手术期死亡主要同患者自身病情有关,加强围手术期管理可能会降低病死率。

Correlative factors of death in cases of anterior cervical spine surgery during perioperative period

Objective To study the correlative factors of death in cases of anterior cervical spine surgery during the perioperative period.Methods 412 cases were treated with anterior cervical spine surgery,including 258 cases of cervical spondylosis,138 cervical cervical trauma(with or without spinal cord injury),8 cervical tumour and 8 cervical tuberculosis.Sex,age,medical history,diagnosis and other possible related factors were processed with statistical analysis.Results 8 cases died all for complications after the anterior cervical surgery during the perioperative period.Statistical analysis showed that complication,disease entity and paralysis have obvious relationship with early death(P<0.05).Conclusions Death during the perioperative period may mainly be related with the condition of the patients,and perioperative management should be effective to decrease the death rate.
