| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经肱三头肌两侧入路双接骨板固定治疗肱骨下段粉碎骨折的临床疗效。方法对26例肱骨下段粉碎骨折患者采用经肱三头肌两侧入路双接骨板固定。结果 26例均获得随访,时间8~18个月。骨折全部愈合。肘关节屈伸功能良好,无桡神经及尺神经医源性损伤发生。术后8个月根据Cassebaum方法评定肘关节疗效,26例均为优。结论经肱三头肌两侧入路双接骨板固定治疗肱骨下段粉碎骨折具有显露清晰、损伤小、固定牢固可靠、可早期进行功能锻炼等优点。
