| 摘 要： | 2015年6月~2019年2月,我科采用锁扣带袢钛板(TightRope)治疗37例伴有下胫腓联合损伤的踝关节骨折患者,效果满意,报道如下。1材料与方法1.1病例资料本组37例,男24例,女13例,年龄19~57岁。左侧25例,右侧12例。均为Weber C型。骨折Lauge-Hansen分型:旋前外旋Ⅲ度17例,旋前外旋Ⅳ度18例,旋前外展2例。伤后至手术时间2 h^10 d。1.2治疗方法椎管内麻醉或全身麻醉下手术。先用钢板、螺钉复位固定内外侧骨折。
