稠、稀钡排粪造影在直肠内脱垂诊断中的应用

目的，评价稠、稀钡两种造影剂对直肠内脱垂的诊断价值。材料和方法：对68例有肛直肠临床症状．如排便困难、便秘者用稠、稀钡两种造影剂作比较研究。结果 全环直肠粘膜脱垂30例，直肠前壁粘膜脱垂21例．直肠套叠17例．其中8例合并二种异常。结论：稠钡对诊断直肠内脱垂比稀钡更有价值(P<0．01)。认为稠钡是排粪造影较为理想的造影剂．

APPLICATION OF DEFECOGRAPHY WITH THICK AND DILUTE BARIUM IN THE DIAGNOSIS OF INTERNAL RECTAL PROLAPSE

This investigation is to evaluate the application of defecography with thick and di-lute barium (used alternately in the same patient) in the diagnosis of internal rectal/prolapse (IRP) . Defecography with thick and dilute barium was performed in 68 patients with clinical anorectal symptoms, such as defecation disorders and constipation, and the results of these two types of barium were compared. Results: Total circle rectal mucosal prolapse was found in 30 cas-es , anterior mucosal prolapse in 21 cases, and rectal intussusception in 17 cases. Among these pa-tients, there were 8 cases who had two concomitant abnormalities. The results show that the thick barium is of more value in the diagnosis of IRP than the dilute barium (P<0.01) . Hence, thick barium is a rather ideal contrast medium for defecography.
