主管虚挂引流治疗高位复杂性肛瘘的临床对比观察

目的探讨主管虚挂引流治疗高位复杂性肛瘘的价值。方法 60例高位复杂性肛瘘患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组30例。试验组采用主管虚挂引流术,对照组采用传统切挂术。结果两组治愈率差异无统计学意义(P0.05),但两组间的术后疼痛程度、疼痛持续天数、创口愈合天数差异有统计学意义(P0.05),在肛门功能评价方面,两组手术后及组间肛门失禁评分(Wexner评分)及肛门动力学测试差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论主管虚挂引流术在治疗高位复杂性肛瘘痛苦小、疗程短,能有效地保护肛门括约肌功能,是较实用的手术术式。

Clinical observation of competent looseseton treatment of high complex anal fistula

Objective To explore the administrative virtual hang drainage in the treatment of high complex anal fistula value. Methods Sixty patients with high complex anal fistula were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 30 cases each group. The test group by the competent loose seton drainage, the control group using the traditional cutting thread drawing method. Results There is no significant difference in the cure rate between the two groups （ P〉0.05）, but the degree of postoperative pain, pain duration, wound healing days were significantly different （ P 〈0.05）. In the anal function evaluation, there were significant differences in the anal incontinence score （Wexner score） and anal dynamics test （ P 〈0.05） between the two groups. Conclusion The competent loose seton drainage in the treatment of high complex anal fistula was little pain, short course of treatment, and it might effectively protect the anal sphincter function, with more practical operation procedure.
