| 摘 要： | 目的：评价双吻合器技术在低位结直肠吻合术中的应用。方法：回顾分析1996年5月至2003年5月治疗148例直肠癌应用双吻合器技术行结直肠吻合术的临床经过。结果：术后发生吻合口漏1例(0．68％)，吻合口狭窄2例(1．4％)，无手术死亡。结论：双吻合器技术扩大了保肛手术的应用范围。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the role of double stapling technique in low colorectal anatomosis.Methods:Retrospective study was conducted to analyze the experience of double stapling technique in colorectal anatomosis for 148 cases with rectal carcinoma from May 1996 to May 2003.Results:Complications included anastomotic leakage in 1 case(0 68%),anastomotic stenosis in 2 cases(1 4%),the death rate of theoperation is zero.Conclusion:The indication of Dixon procedure for low rectal carcinoma can be broadened by the use of double stapling technique. |
