结肠透析辅助音乐干预对肠道清洁度及术后肠功能恢复影响的研究

目的探讨结肠透析辅助音乐干预对结肠透析患者肠道清洁度、肠功能恢复以及焦虑状态的影响。方法选择将实施肠道手术的104例患者，按住院日期单双号将其分为音乐干预组和对照组两组，音乐干预组在结肠透析的同时接受音乐干预。对照组仅实施结肠透析不接受音乐干预。观察并比较两组患者手术中肠道清洁度、术后肠功能恢复、心率及血压变化、焦虑状态等。结果音乐干预组结肠透析后肠道清洁度比对照组高，肠功能恢复比对照组早，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。焦虑状态分值较干预前降低，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论音乐干预能转移患者的注意力，使患者心情放松，缓解紧张、焦虑情绪，进而提高肠道清洁度，促进肠道功能恢复。

Study on the effects of music intervention combining colon perfusion dialysis on sanitation and recovery of the bowel function after operation

Objective To discuss the effects of music intervention combining colon perfusion dialysis on sanitation and recovery of the bowel function and anxiety.Methods One hundred and four cases with intestinal operations were divided into music intervention group and control group according to the even No.and odd No.of the hospitalization dates.In the music intervention group,the patients hearing music they loved while they were receiving perfusion dialysis.In the control group,the patients received routine treatment and care.Sanitation,recovery of the intestinal function,heart rate,blood pressure and anxiety were observed in both groups.Results Sanitation of the intestine in the intervention group were better than those in the control group with earlier bowel function recovery in the intervention group(P<0.05).Conclusion Music intervention can transfer the attention of the patients and relieve anxiety and tension,thus make patients relaxed and improve sanitation of the intestine and recovery of the intestinal function.
