| 摘 要： | 目的评价全膝关节置换术治疗严重膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效;方法73例（95膝）严重膝骨性关节炎患者行人工全膝关节置换术,随访时间10个月～4年（平均28个月）,对其术前、术后生存质量评分和膝关节功能HSS评分进行分析和总结。结果根据生存质量评分标准,手术优良率达91.78%,HSS评分标准手术优良率达95.79%,术后在生存质量、疼痛、关节功能及活动度等方面均有明显改善。结论全膝关节置换术是治疗严重膝骨性关节炎的有效方法,生存质量评价对膝关节骨性关节炎患者治疗有临床指导意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To value the clinical effect of total knee arthroplasty for severe osteoar thritis.Methods Follow -up study was carried out for 10 months to 4 years in 73 patients（95 knees） who were treated with total knee arthroplasty, and the results were analyzed by quality of life（QOL） score and HSS score system.Results The results showed that the joint pain,function and the range were improved effectively.Conclusion Total knee arthroplasty is an effective method for the treatment of severe osteoarthritis of knees.QOL score is clinical significance for knee osteoarthritis patients. |
