| 摘 要： | 目的对脂肪干细胞(adipose derived stem cells,ADSCs)在泌尿系统疾病治疗中的研究现状进行综述。方法查阅近年关于ADSCs在膀胱修复、尿道重建、尿失禁治疗、勃起功能障碍治疗等方面的相关文献,进行综述。结果应用ADSCs的组织工程技术治疗泌尿系统疾病,在动物实验研究中取得了显著成果,且已初步应用于临床,并取得了良好的治疗效果。结论应用ADSCs的组织工程技术有望广泛应用于泌尿系统疾病的治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To review the study on adipose derived stem cells(ADSCs) in the therapy of urological diseases.Methods The recent literature concerning ADSCs in bladder repair,urethral reconstruction,incontinence treatment,and erectile dysfunction treatment was reviewed.Results The application of tissue engineering using ADSCs has made significant achievements in the treatment of urological diseases and in animal studies,and has been initially used in clinical and has achieved a good therapeutic effect.Conclusion... |
