高血压脑基底节出血并破入脑室外科手术治疗

目的探讨高血压脑出血并破入脑室的外科治疗方法和疗效。方法回顾性分析2005年4月～2010年10月内蒙古医学院第三附属医院神经外科收治的182例高血压脑基底节出血并破入脑室患者的临床资料,根据患者的不同情况,采用开颅血肿清除并置入侧脑室引流管、侧脑室穿刺引流、腰大池引流为主要手段的综合治疗。结果 182例患者生存109例,死亡34例,39例手术后放弃治疗。结论高血压脑基底节出血并破入脑室死亡率和致残率较高,手术清除血肿同时引流脑室才能提高疗效。

Surgical Treatment of Hypertension Hemorrhage Complicated by Breaking into Lateral Ventricle

Objective To discuss surgical treatment of hypertension hemorrhage complicated by breaking into lateral ventricle.Methods Retrospective study of 182 cases were treated in department of neurosurgery of the third affiliated hospital of inner mongolia medical college from January,2003 to March,2010.All patients had suffered with hypertension hemorrhage complicated by breaking into lateral ventricle and treated combinational with craniotomical evacuation of hematoma and then put the drainage tube,lumbar puncture drainage.Lateral cerebral ventricle drainage.Results 109 cases were survival in 182,died 34 cases,39 cases quited treatment.Conclusion Basal ganglia hemorrhage and breaking into hypertensive cerebral ventricles have higher mortality and morbidity,surgical removal of hematoma and intraventricular drainage at the same time can improve the efficacy.
