摘    要:目的:在可摘局部义齿专家系统中,自动应用有限元分析方法进行应力分析.方法:建立一种特殊的二维有限元模型及相应的中间转换软件,将可摘局部义齿专家系统给出的修复设计方案,自动转换生成有限元分析的数据文件,从而进行有限元应力分析.结果:在可摘局部义齿专家系统中实现了自动的有限元应力分析.结论:特殊结构的有限元模型,可自动适应义齿设计专家系统针对各种牙列缺损情况给出的修复设计方案进行有限元应力分析.

Abstract:Objective: To realize stress auto-analysis in expert system (ES) of removable partial denture (RPD) usingfinite element analysis methods. Methods: Denture design plans presented by ES of RPD were auto-transformed into datafiles of finite element by means of establishing a special two finite elements model and a corresponding transform software,then, abutment stress was analyzed with two dimensions finite element methods. Result: The stress auto-analysis with twodimensions finite element methods was realized in ES of RPD. Conclusions: Stress distribution of abutment, which aredesigned by ES of RPD according to various dentition defect, can be auto-analyzed with the special finite element model.
