摘    要:目的:探讨案例教学法应用在口腔美学修复临床实习教学中的效果.方法:选取39名在北京大学口腔医学院进行一阶段口腔修复临床实习的本科生,按实习编号分为两组;实验组(19名)采用案例教学法,选择以口腔美学修复为主的病例进行学习;对照组(20名)采用传统实习方法,并对两组学生进行临床考核和问卷调查.结果:实验组学生临床考核总分...

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the effect of case-based learning method in clinical practice teaching of esthetic prosthodontics.Methods:The trial was designed and 39 undergraduates were enrolled,which were taking clinical practice of prosthodontics in Peking University School of Stomatology in 2019.Case-based learning method using comprehensive esthetic cases was applied in the clinical practice of experimental group(n=19),while the control group(n=20)used traditional teaching method.At the end of the clinical practice,clinical examination and questionnaires were conducted in two groups.Results:There were significant differences in clinical examination scores between the two groups(P<0.05).The clinical examination score of experimental group(41.87±3.92)was significantly higher than that in control group(38.30±4.62)(t=2.596,P=0.013).Experimental group also showed significantly higher scores(P<0.05)in three items of questionnaires except for study burden.Conclusion:Case-based learning method in clinical practice can improve students.clinical comprehensive ability of esthetic prosthodontics.
