山羊颞下颌关节腔内压测定及其意义

摘    要:目的 研究山羊颞下颌关节上腔内压在5种运动状态下的变化规律。方法 采用Mingograf7型多道生理记录仪对15只健康成年雌性山羊颞下颌关节测量在休息位、小开口位、大开口位、咀嚼及侧向运动时关节内压的值。结果 在休息位时,颞下颌关节上腔内压为负值,开口过程中负压值下降,在咀嚼、侧向运动等周期性运动中,关节上腔内压处于负压与正压交替的周期性变化中。结论 关节上腔内压可用于反映颞下颌关节的功能运动状态。

Abstract:Objectives The purpose of the present study is to measure the intra articular pressure (IAP) in the normal temporomandibular joints (TMJs) in functioning goat TMJs and its alteration. Methods Pressure measurement system which consist of puncture needle, conduction pipe, transducer and recording device was used in the examination. IAP was measured in the upper compartment of both sides of the TMJs of 15 adult female normal goats under general anesthesia. At rest, partial mouth opening, maximal mouth opening, chewing, and lateral movement positions, IAP were surveyed. Results As rest position, the mean of IAP was -1.2023±1.326 mm Hg; at partial mouth opening position, the mean of IAP was -3.0374±1.8624 mm Hg; and at maximal mouth opening, the mean of IAP was -8.5903±4.2056 mm Hg. At chewing position, the mean of the minimal IAP was -5.001±2.6427 mm Hg while the maximal was 2.3738±3.4891 mm Hg; and at lateral movement position, the mean of the minimal IAP was -5.8317±2.9159 mm Hg while the maximal was 2.73± 3.5862 mm Hg. Conclusions The data indicated that IAP might be particularly associated with the TMJ movements. In general, IAP was negative in the rest position, it decreased during the mouth opening movement. During the chewing and lateral movement, it fluctuated regularly according to the movement of the joint. The data also suggested that IAP might be a effective presentation for estimate functioning movements of the TMJs.
