Twin-block与MRC矫治生长高峰期伴口呼吸的骨性Ⅱ类疗效分析

目的:利用Twin-block与MRC对处于生长高峰期且伴口呼吸的骨性Ⅱ类进行治疗,分析对口呼吸的纠正效果和颌面部软硬组织的变化。方法:从2014~2019年采用Twin-block和MRC矫治且记录完整的错牙合]患者中,按纳入标准随机选择各20例。统计口呼吸被纠正的情况,测量分析治疗前后的头颅侧位片。结果:两组均表现为对口呼吸的纠正效果较好,差异无统计学意义,但MRC组有效率高于Twin-block组。下颌骨均有一定的前移,两组差异无统计学意义。两组治疗后上下前牙唇倾度变化明显,Twin-block组上前牙唇倾度变化大于MRC组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后软组织侧貌更加美观,MRC组Sn-Stms增加,较Twin-block组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在高峰期利用Twin-block和MRC纠正口呼吸习惯及改善面型,效果都是值得肯定的。

The analysis about treatment effect of Class Ⅱ malocclusion with mouth breathing by Twin-block and MRC in the growth peak

Objective:To analyze the effect of correcting mouth breathing and the variation of facial hard and soft tissue of Class Ⅱ malocclusion with mouth breathing by Twin-block and MRC in the growth peak.Methods:According to the inclusion criteria,20 cases were selected randomly in each of the two group from the malocclusion patients treated with Twin-block and MRC and recorded complete from 2014 to 2019.The number of mouth breathing corrected were counted.Lateral cranial radiographs before and after treatment were measured and the datas were analyzed with SPSS 26.0 software.Results:Both groups showed better correction effect,and the difference was not statistically significant,but the effective rate of MRC group was higher than that of Twin-block group.The mandible moved forward in a certain amount,and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant.The change of lip inclination of upper and lower anterior teeth was significant in the two groups.The change in the Twin-block group was greater than that in the MRC group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The soft tissue sides of the two groups were more beautiful after treatment.The increase of Sn-Stms in MRC group was statistically different from that in Twin-block group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the growth peak,the effect of correcting mouth breathing and improving the facial profile by Twin-block and MRC was positive.
