摘    要:目的:探讨磨牙残根残冠的非金属修复方法。方法:用可塑性高强度纤维桩及全瓷冠修复磨牙残根残冠43个,随访半年。1年。结果:42个修复体正常行使功能,一个基牙发生冠折。结论:对于非金属修复,可塑性纤维桩对磨牙残根残冠的保存修复可以达到满意效果。

Abstract:Objective:To discuss the prosthetic methods of molars residual root and crown with nonmetallic material. Method:43 molars residual root and crown were restored with EverStick fiber posts and full baked porcelain crown,and followed up for 0.5 to 1 years. Result:42 crows were well sealed and have good retentive power except one was crown fracture. Conclusion:The restoration of molars residual root and crown of those ask nonmetallil material can be improved by means of EverStick fiber posts.
