摘    要:目的 研究重力和粘度因素对模拟根管中标准纸尖吸液性能的影响。方法 制作标准纸尖吸液体积与湿润长度关系的标准曲线 ,体外研究重力、液体粘度等因素对模拟根管中标准纸尖湿润长度的影响。结果 标准纸尖吸液体积与湿润长度间有高度相关性 (r2 =0 .996 1) ;纸尖吸取不同粘度液体时的湿润长度差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;重力因素不影响纸尖的湿润长度 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 标准纸尖可用于根管渗出液的定量取样研究 ,纸尖的湿润长度测量不受重力因素的影响 ,但液体的粘度对测量结果有一定影响

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of gravity and fluid viscosity on absorbent properties of standard paper points in simulant root canals in vitro. Methods A standard curve was drawn about the relationship between fluid volumes and wetted length of paper points. The effect of gravity and fluid viscosity on the variability in wetted length of absorbent paper points was investigated. Results There was a close correlation between fluid volumes and wetted length of paper points (r 2=0.9961). The effect of fluid viscosity upon the wetted length was statistically significant ( P <0.001), but there was not statistically significant for the influence of gravity ( P >0.05).Conclusion It indicated that the standard paper point could be used as a quantitative sampling method of periapical exudates. The gravity did not affect the measurement of wetted length of paper points but the fluid viscosity have some effect on gravity.
