涎腺腺样囊性癌SACC-83细胞C-erbB2、PTEN基因表达的研究

目的 检测涎腺腺样囊性癌SACC-83细胞中C-erbB2基因和PTEN基因的表达,并探讨其相关性。方法 培养SACC-83细胞,采用RT-PCR、免疫组化技术分别检测C-erbB2基因和PTEN基因的mRNA、蛋白产物在涎腺腺样囊性癌SACC-83细胞和正常腺体细胞中的表达情况。结果 C-erbB2基因mRNA及蛋白水平在SACC-83细胞中的表达明显高于正常腺体细胞,差异有显著性;PTEN基因在SACC-83细胞及正常腺体细胞中的表达无明显差异。结论 C-erbB2基因在涎腺腺样囊性癌SACC-83细胞中过表达,可能与涎腺腺样囊性癌的发生有关。

C-erbB2 and PTEN expressions in salivary gland adenoid cystic carcinoma cell line SACC-83

Objective To detect the expressions of C-erbB2 and PTEN in salivary gland adenoid cystic carcinoma cell line SACC-83,and study the correlation of them.Methods After we cultured SACC-83 cell,RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry were employed to detect the expressions of C-erbB2 and PTEN in SACC-83 cell and normal salivary gland cell.Results The expression of C-erbB2 in SACC-83 cell was conspicuously higher than that in normal salivary gland cell.But the expressions of PTEN in SACC-83 cell and normal salivary gland cell were not different.Conclusion Our data demonstrated that C-erbB2 gene was overexpressed in salivary gland adenoid cystic carcinoma cell line SACC-83,and it was related to salivary gland adenoid cystic carcinoma genesis.
