口腔鳞癌多西他赛、顺铂和氟尿嘧啶联合用药方案诱导化疗的护理

摘要] 目的 观察口腔鳞癌多西他、赛顺铂和氟尿嘧啶联合用药方案诱导化疗的不良反应,制定适宜的护理措施。方法 中晚期原发口腔鳞癌28例,采用TPF方案行诱导化疗,运用系统化整体护理理念进行护理,针对化疗过程中出现的不良反应采取相应护理措施。结果经积极护理配合2,8例患者顺利完成治疗,总有效率达78.6%,未出现严重的毒副反应。结论 TPF方案进行口腔鳞癌诱导化疗疗效确切,毒副反应主要是胃肠道反应、静脉炎、脱发、骨髓抑制,以人为本、注重实效的整体护理理念是化疗成功的保证。

Nursing care in the treatment of advanced oral squamous cell carcinoma with TPF scheme chemotherapy
