| 摘 要： | 目的通过Meta分析,科学评价国产钕钇铝石榴石（neodymium-doped yttrium aluminum garnet,Nd：YAG）激光与氟化钠联合应用治疗牙本质过敏症的临床疗效。方法检索中国期刊全文电子数据库2000~2010年发表的文献,收集Nd：YAG激光联合氟化钠与单纯Nd：YAG激光治疗牙本质过敏症疗效比较方面的临床研究资料。对纳入的文献进行质量评价、数据提取,并进行Meta分析。结果有7项研究共试验组516颗患牙（Nd：YAG激光与氟化钠联合治疗）,对照组490颗患牙（单纯Nd：YAG激光治疗）纳入Meta分析。Meta分析显示,Nd：YAG激光联合氟化钠治疗牙本质过敏症,3个月疗效的合并相对危险度（relative risk,RR）为1.26,95%可信区间为1.14~1.39;6个月疗效的合并RR为1.34,95%可信区间为1.14~1.58。结论 Nd：YAG激光联合氟化钠治疗牙本质过敏症的疗效优于单一激光治疗。
