黄芩对产黑色素类杆菌内毒素影响的实验研究

摘    要:目的 探讨黄芩在牙髓根尖周病治疗中的基础理论。方法 采用试管两倍稀释法测定黄芩对产黑色素类杆菌-牙髓卟啉单胞菌和牙龈卟啉单胞菌的MIC;采用鲎试验测定低于MIC4个浓度的黄芩对两种细菌内毒素含量的影响。结果 黄芩对两种细菌的MIC皆为1mg/ml;黄芩减少了两种细菌内毒素含量。结论 黄芩对牙髓卟啉单胞菌,牙龈卟啉单胞菌的生长,内毒素有抑制作用。

Abstract:Objective To provide theories for Huangqin applying in pulp and periapical diseases. Methods Porphyromonas endodontics and Porphyromonas gingivalis were chosen as the experimental bacteria. The values of MIC of Huangqin were measured. The effect of Huangqin on the production of LPS was also detected with limilus assay. Results The values of MIC of Hunagqin were 1mg/ml to boch strains of the experimental bacteria. Huangqin reduced the amount of LPS production of both bacteria. Conclusion Huangqin could inhibit the growth and LPS production of Porphyromonas endodontics and Porphyromonas gingivalis.
