氟保护漆治疗老年人牙本质过敏症临床疗效评价

目的：观察氟保护漆治疗老年人牙本质过敏症疗效。方法：将122例因殆面磨耗有牙本质过敏症状老年人的232颗牙齿，随机分成两组，对照组用氟化钠甘油进行治疗，实验组用氟保护漆进行治疗，在治疗后即刻、1个月、3个月进行临床疗效观察与评价。结果：总有效率实验组即刻、1个月、3个月，分别为98．27％、95．69％、93．97％，对照组分别为70．69％、65．52％、48．27％，二者差异有显著性，（P〈0．01）。结论：氟保护漆用于老年人后牙牙合]面磨耗牙本质过敏症治疗，效果良好。

Evaluation of the effecienly of dentin hypersensitivity using Flour Protector in aged teeth

Objective: To observe the effect of desensitizer- Flour Protector on dentin hypersensitivity in the aged. Methods: 122 old patients with 232 dentin hypersensitivity teeth were divided into two groups, experimental group were treated with Flour Protector, comparison group with 75%Sodium fluoride glycerin. Results: Total effective rates between experimental group(immediately, 98.30%;1mon, 95.76%; 3mon, 92.37%) and comparison group (immediately, 70.34%; 1mon, 66. 10%; 3mon, 48.31%) were statistically significant. Conclusion: Flour Protector on dentin hypersensitivity in the aged is a kind of ideal desensitizer for the present.
