摘    要:目的探讨螺旋CT扫描及图像分析对眶部种植术前设计的指导效果。方法利用螺旋CT对眶部受植区进行薄层容积扫描,重建出二维图像,传送到工作站进行表面遮盖法图像重建和多平面图像重建.获得眶部三维图像和多平面图像。结果CT影像的三维及多平面重建可以很好的显示眶部受植区的骨形态和毗邻结构.能够方便的测量受植区的骨量。结论螺旋CT扫描及图像后处理对眶部种植手术前设计有较大的临床价值。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of the CT image for orbital implant surgery. Methods All patients were received Helical CT scan. All the data were transferred to the workstation and processed with shaded surface display method (SSD) and muhiplanar reconstruction method (MPR) to obtain the 3D and muhiplanar images. Result Images extracted from Helical CT scans were reliable and accurate to located the orbital structure, and could be used to measure the bony quantity for orbital implant surgery.. Conclusion CT scan and image process are valuable in orbital implant planning.
