超敏CRP、IL-6及PCT对新生儿脓毒症早期诊断的意义

目的探讨超敏C反应蛋白(CRP)、IL-6、降钙素原(PCT)及中性粒细胞杆状核/分叶核比值的测定在新生儿脓毒症早期诊断中的价值。方法选取患脓毒症的新生儿90例,采静脉血测定其治疗前和治疗后的超敏CRP、IL-6及PCT,同时做血常规检测,并与对照组比较,分析其统计学意义。结果新生儿脓毒症时超敏CRP、IL-6、PCT、杆状核/分叶核比值与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01),治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论超敏CRP、IL-6、PCT、杆状核/分叶核比值及动态检测对新生儿脓毒症的早期诊断及疗效判定具有一定价值。

The effect of serum hs-CRP, IL6 and PCT on diagnosing the neonate hematosepsis

Objective To study the early diagnosis effect of combining HsCRP, IL6, Procalciton(PCT), and the ratio of neutrophilic stab granulocyteC Nst) and neutrophilic segmented granulocyteC Nsg) on the neonate hematosepsis. Methods The venous blood were obtained before and after therapy from 90 cases with neonatal sepsis and 20 health neonates for measuring serum HsCRP, IL6, PCT and the ratin(Nst/ Nsg) . Then the results were analyzed with statistical methods. Results The results of HsCRP, IL6, PCT, the ratio(Nst/ Nsg) existed obvious difference between the hematosepsis team and control team(P<0. 01), the significant difference existed between before and after therapy too in the same neonate(P<0. 05). Conclusion Dynamical determinating HsCRP, IL6, PCT, and the ratio (Nst/ Nsg) have difinite value in early diagnosing neonate hematosepsis and judging the therapeutic effect.
