| 摘 要： | 目的检测DNA甲基转移酶2(DNMT 2)基因在乳腺癌患者外周血中的表达情况,并分析其临床意义。方法采用实时荧光定量PCR检测60例乳腺癌患者(实验组)及50例体检健康女性(对照组)外周血中DNMT 2的表达情况,蛋白质印迹法(Western blot)检测两组间DNMT 2蛋白表达,并分析DNMT 2与各临床特征之间的关系。结果实验组DNMT 2 mRNA在外周血中的表达(5.785±3.956)与对照组(4.739±2.359)比较,差异无统计学意义(t=1.642,P=0.103),DNMT 2蛋白表达在两组间差异亦无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论DNMT 2基因和蛋白在乳腺癌患者外周血中表达不明显。

| Abstract: | Objective To detect the expression of DNA methyltransferase 2(DNMT2)gene in the peripheral blood of breast cancer patients and analyze its clinical significance.Methods The expression of DNMT 2 in the peripheral blood of 60 breast cancer patients(experimental group)and 50 healthy women(control group)was detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR,and the expression of DNMT 2 protein was detected by Western blot,and the relationship between DNMT 2 and clinical features was analyzed.Results The expression of DNMT 2 mRNA in peripheral blood was not significantly different between the experimental group(5.785±3.956)and the control group(4.739±2.359,t=1.642,P=0.103),and there was no significant difference in the expression of DNMT 2 protein between the two groups.Conclusion The expression of DNMT 2 gene and protein in the peripheral blood of breast cancer patients is not obvious. |
