格林-巴利综合征患者蛋白质及血脂代谢指标分析

目的了解格林-巴利综合征(GBS)患者蛋白质及血脂代谢指标分布特征,探讨蛋白质及血脂代谢与GBS之间的关系。方法共收集首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院2018-2020年90例确诊GBS患者作为GBS组,从不同年龄、性别、严重程度、分型、治疗前后等方面对蛋白质及血脂代谢指标进行分析;同时选取性别、年龄匹配的60例体检健康者作为对照组,分析两组之间蛋白质及血脂代谢指标是否存在差异。结果GBS患者治疗后血清总蛋白水平高于治疗前,而血清清蛋白水平、清蛋白/球蛋白低于治疗前(P<0.05);轻度GBS患者血清三酰甘油、清蛋白水平高于重度GBS患者(P<0.05);女性GBS患者血清清蛋白水平低于男性患者(P<0.05);≤50岁GBS患者血清载脂蛋白B、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白水平均低于>50岁GBS患者,而血清清蛋白水平高于>50岁GBS患者(P<0.05);血清三酰甘油水平在不同分型GBS患者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);GBS组总蛋白、清蛋白、清蛋白/球蛋白、高密度脂蛋白、载脂蛋白A1水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论GBS患者蛋白质及血脂代谢指标在不同分组及与对照组比较时存在一定差异,提示蛋白质及血脂代谢指标与GBS有一定关系,可能成为GBS的辅助诊断指标,但仍需进一步研究证实。

Analysis of protein and lipid metabolism indexes in patients with Guillain-Barré syndrome

Objective To analyze the feature of protein and lipid metabolism indexes with Guillain-Barrésyndrome(GBS)and explore the relationship between GBS and protein and lipid metabolism.Methods A total of 90 patients with GBS diagnosed by Beijing Tiantan Hospital,Capital Medical University from 2018 to 2020 were as GBS group.The protein and lipid metabolism indexes were analyzed from different aspects,such as age,gender,severity,type,before and after treatment.At the same time,60 gender and age-matched healthy persons were selected as control group,and whether there were differences in protein and lipid metabolism indexes between the two was analyzed.Results Serum total protein level after treatment in GBS patients was higher than that before treatment,while serum albumin and albumin/globulin ratio were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The serum triglyceride and albumin levels in patients with mild GBS were higher than those in patients with severe GBS(P<0.05).The serum albumin level in female GBS patients was lower than that in male GBS patients(P<0.05).Serum apolipoprotein B,cholesterol and low density lipoprotein levels in the≤50 year-old group were lower than those in the>50 year-old group,while serum albumin level was higher than that in the>50 year-old group(P<0.05).There was significant difference in triglyceride level among different types of GBS patients(P<0.05).The total protein,albumin,albumin/globulin ratio,high density lipoprotein and apolipoprotein A1 levels in the GBS group were lower than those in the control group.Conclusion The protein and lipid metabolism indexes in GBS patients are different in different groups and compared with the control group,suggesting that the protein and lipid metabolism indexes have certain relation ship with GBS and might be an auxiliary diagnostic index for GBS,but it needs further research to confirm it.
