| 摘 要： | 目的 比较两种主要临床标本的铜绿假单胞菌(PA)的耐药情况,为合理应用抗菌剂提供依据.方法 收集住院患者呼吸道和伤口分泌物中的PA进行鉴定和药敏实验.结果 PA分离率以呼吸道分泌物(48.21%)最高,伤口分泌物(39.70%)次之,两者之和为87.91%.呼吸道和伤口分泌物的PA药物敏感性不一样.呼吸道分泌物PA耐药...

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa(PA) in two major kinds of clinical specimens and to provide the basis for rational clinical use of antibiotics.Methods PA from secretions of wound and respiratory tract from inpatients were indentified and detected for drug resistance.Results The PA separation rates of secretions from respiratory tract and wound were 48.21% and 39.70%.PA isolated from the two kinds of samples were different for drug resistance.PA from secretions of respirato... |
