摘    要:目的:探讨系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)肾病的放射性核素肾动态显像特征。方法:对139例SLE患者及35例正常对照者进行99mTc-DTPA常规肾动态显像,同时获得肾血流灌注和肾功能显像图,经计算机处理得到肾小球滤过率(GFR)、左右肾峰时(TP)和半排时间(C1/2)定量数据。结果:SLE患者肾血流灌注异常发生率随着病程的延长而增加;SLE肾功能早期受损的肾图主要特点表现为C1/2及TP延长;GFR早期改变不明显,病程晚期明显降低。结论:放射性核素肾动态显像定量分析是早期诊断SLE肾功能损伤的有效方法。

Abstract:Objective:To study the change of radionuclide dynamic renal imaging for detecting renal function in patients with SLE.Methods:Conventional 99mTc-DTPA dynamic renal imaging was performed in 139 SLE patients and 35 normal control.Renal blood perfusion and renogram imaging were acquired simultaneously and glomerular filtration rate(GFR),peak time (TP),half clearnance time(C1/2)were also gained in quantity through computer's processing.Results:The abnormality of SLE renal flood perfusion occurred more with the prolongation of the course of disease.The main character was the prolongation of C1/2 and TP in early damaged SLE renal imaging;the change of GFR was not obvious in early stage.Conclusions:Radionuclide dynamic renal imaging in quantity is an effective method in early diagnosis of damaged SLE renal function.
