| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨输尿管喷尿动力学改变对诊断输尿管梗阻的价值。方法:对照分析33例输尿管梗阻和20例正常人的尿流峰值速度、平均速度、喷尿时间、喷尿间隔时间、喷尿加速时间。结果:梗阻输尿管的喷尿峰值速度、平均速度较健侧及正常人增大,喷尿间隔时间延长,喷尿时间缩短,喷尿加速时间缩短。结论:多普勒超声观察对比输尿管喷尿对输尿管梗阻诊断有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate diagnostic v al ue of color Doppler sonographic feature of ureteric jets for obstruction of ureters.Methods:Both side of ureters of 33cases of obstructive ureter and 20volunteers were measured in jet peak velocity,mean velocity,jet duration, interjet interval and accelerative time.Results:There is significant differen ce between both side in patients in urinary peak velocity,mean velocity,jet du ration,interjet interval,accelerative time and no difference in volunteers.C onclusion:Doppler plays an important role in assesses obstruction of ureter. |
