摘    要:目的:探讨甲状旁腺机能减低的病因、发病机制、脑部CT表现和鉴别诊断。方法:本文对11例甲状旁腺机能减低患者的临床和CT资料进行回顾性分析,全部病例均行平扫。结果:11例均显示对称性基底节钙化,钙化还可见于小脑齿状核、丘脑、侧脑室壁、中脑和大脑皮质下等区域,对称或不对称。结论:CT扫描能清楚显示甲状旁腺机能减低患者的脑内特征性的钙化,对本病的诊断具有很大的价值。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the etiology pathogenesis, CT findings of the brain and differential diagnosis of hy-poparathyroidism. Methods: CT manifestations and clinical data of 11 cases with hypoparathyroidism were analysed retrospectively. Plain scan were taken in all cases. Results: Symmetrical calcifications in bilateral basal ganglia were found in all cases of this group. Symmetrical or non-symmetrical calcification were also found in bilateral dentate nuclei, thalami, walls of lateral ventricles, midbrain and cerebral subcortical areas. Conclusions: CT scan clearly showed specific calcifications in the brain of hypoparathyroidism and was valuable for diagnosing.
