3D CE-MRA在主动脉病变中的临床价值

摘    要:目的:探讨磁共振对比增强血管三维成像(3D CE-MRA)在主动脉病变中的临床价值。材料和方法:使用1.5T高场强磁共振检查仪,对50例疑主动脉病变患者进行主动脉3D CE-MRA检查。将获得的3D CE-MRA原始数据进行减影、最大信号强度投影(MIP)、多平面重建(MPR)及表面覆盖法(SSD)等后处理技术。结果:50例中正常11例,异常39例,分别为胸、腹主动脉瘤各4例,夹层动脉瘤15例,主动脉粥样硬化13例,大动脉炎1例,主动脉变异2例。其中34经手术和/或DSA检查证实。结论:3D CE-MRA是一种无创性检查主动脉病变的可靠方法,在临床诊断和治疗主动脉病变中起到重要作用。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of three-dimensional contrast-enhanced MR angiography(3D CE-MRA)in the diseases of aorta.Methods:3D CE-MRA were performed in 50 patients with 1.5T super conductive MR scanner.Postprocessing techniques including original digital subtraction and maximum intensity projection(MIP)and multiplanar reconstrution(MPR)and surface shading display(SSD).Results:In the 50 cases,11 cases are normal,39 cases are abnormal,including thoracic aortic aneurysms in 4 cases,abdominal aortic aneurysms in 4 cases,aortic dissections in 15 cases,aorta atherosclerosis in 13 cases,arteritis in 1 case,aorta aberrance in 2 cases.Thirty-four cases were proved by surgery and/or DSA.Conclusion:3D CE-MRA is a reliable noninvasive method for examining the diseases of the aorta.It has an important role in diagnosing and treating the diseases of aorta.
