肩袖损伤康复治疗疗效超声评价

目的:应用高频超声监测各级别肩袖损伤康复治疗前及治疗过程中的声像图改变,评价康复治疗效果。材料与方法:收集68例肩袖损伤的患者。按肩袖损伤程度进行超声分级为轻度32例、中度21例、重度15例。结果:三级损伤程度不同的患者,最终的康复疗效明显不同。轻度损伤组的患者明显收到良好的效果。中度损伤患者疗效尚可。重度肩袖损伤患者症状及超声表现都未明显改善。结论:超声可进行肩袖损伤无创诊断,同时能够实时动态的监测肩袖损伤康复治疗效果,为临床医师及康复治疗师提供可靠的客观依据。

Shoulder Cuff Injury Rehabilitation Therapeutic Ultrasound Assessment of Curative Effect

Purpose： Ultrasonographic changes using high frequency ultrasound to monitor the level of rotator cuff injury rehabilitation before and during treatment,evaluation of curative effect of rehabilitation. Materials and Methods： To collect 68 patients of rotator cuff injury. According to the severity of the rotator cuff injury was graded as mild,ultrasound 32 cases,moderate in 21 cases and 15 cases of severe. Results： Three different degree of trauma patients,the rehabilitation effect of final markedly different. Mild injury group were obviously received good results. The effect is moderate injury patients. Severe symptoms of patients with rotator cuff injury and ultrasound did not significantly improve. Conclusion： Ultrasound can rotator cuff injury noninvasive diagnosis,also can real- time and dynamic monitoring of the rotator cuff injury rehabilitation,provide reliable objective basis for clinicians and rehabilitation therapists.
