多发性硬化的MRI诊断价值

目的:探讨多发性硬化的MRI表现及其诊断价值,以提高诊断水平。材料与方法:回顾性分析42例经临床确诊为MS患者的MRI资料,常规行MRI平扫,38例行增强扫描,9例加扫FLAIR序列,5例行弥散加权成像。结果:脑内病灶主要分布于侧脑室旁、半卵圆中心和皮层下区,呈类圆形、杏仁形或斑片状,30例可见特征性“直角脱髓鞘征”。脊髓内病灶主要呈长条片状,与脊髓长轴平行。增强扫描急性期病灶可见明显强化,静止期病灶不强化。结论:MRI可清楚显示MS病灶,对MS的诊断具有重要意义。

MRI Diagnostic Value of Multiple Sclerosis

Purpose:To evaluate MR appearance of multiple sclerosis and its diagnostic value,to improve the ability of diagnosis of multiple sclerosis.Materials and Methods:The MRI appearances of 42 clinically definitive MS were analyzed retrospectively,and the features of this disease were summarized.The conventional MRI examination were performed in all of 42 cases.Enhanced scan were done in of 38 cases.FLAIR sequence scan was made in of 9 cases.DWI was used in of 5 cases.Results:MS lesions of brain were located mostly in periventricular region,semi-elliptical center,and subcortex.The shape of MS plaques were displayed generally as oval,almond-shape or patchy.The typical right-angle demyelination sign was showed in of 30 cases.The lesions of spinal cord were displayed as long strip which parallel to long axial of spinal cord.Obvious enhancement in acute lesions and no enhancement in still lesions were found after intravenous administration of contrast material.Conclusion:Brain and spinal cord MS plaques can be demonstrated clearly on MRI,MRI had important significance in the diagnosis of MS.
