| 摘 要： | 目的：分析儿童腰间盘突出症的MR征象。材料与方法：回顾性分析15例MR检查的儿童腰间盘突出症患者的临床资料及MR表现。结果：15例患者中共有18个椎间盘突出，其中单纯L4-5突出8例，单纯L5-S1突出6例，L4-5及L5-S1同时突出2例。结论：MR对于儿童腰间盘突出诊断具有重要作用，可以清晰显示间盘改变及伴随征象。

| Abstract: | Purpose:To explore the MR feature of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disk in Chilren.Material and Methods:Clinical findings and MR manifestations of 14 children with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disk were restrospectively analysed.Results:18 lumbar lntervertebral disk is protrued in all the cases,8 is protrusion of L 4-5 intervertebral disk,6 is protrusion of L 5-S 1,2is protrusion of both L 4-5 and L 5-S 1.Conclusion:MR is important to the diagnosis of protrusion of lumbar lntervertebral disk in children and can clearly display alteration of intervertebral disk and following signs. |
