肌内效贴联合躯干核心肌群训练对脑性瘫痪患儿运动功能的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨肌内效贴联合躯干核心肌群训练对小儿脑性瘫痪运动功能的影响。方法 收集脑性瘫痪患儿共50例,分为观察组和对照组各25例。2组患儿均接受常规康复训练及躯干核心肌群训练,观察组在对照组的基础上予肌内效贴贴扎治疗。记录2组患儿在治疗前后的粗大运动功能评定量表(GMFM)C区、D区和E区得分、10 s内从坐位到站立的转移次数和步行10 m时间,并在治疗后以问卷调查患儿家长对治疗效果的满意度,比较组间差异。结果 治疗前,观察组与对照组患儿的GMFM评分(C区、D区和E区)、10 s内从坐位到站立的转移次数和步行10 m时间比较差异均无统计学意义(P均> 0.05)。治疗12周后,2组上述指标均比治疗前有改善,且观察组比对照组改善更明显(P均< 0.05),观察组患儿家长对治疗效果的总满意度也高于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论 肌内效贴联合躯干核心肌群训练的康复治疗能有效改善脑性瘫痪患儿的运动功能。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of kinesio taping combined with core muscle training on the motor function of children with cerebral palsy. Methods A total of 50 children with cerebral palsy were recruited and randomly divided into the observation group (n = 25) and control group (n = 25). In the control group, patients received routine rehabilitation training and core muscle training. In the observation group, patients were treated with additional kinesio taping on the basis of the interventions in the control group. The GMFM score (C, D and E zone), the number of transition from the sitting to standing position within 10 s and walking time of 10 m were statistically compared between two groups. After corresponding treatment, the degree of satisfaction of parents was assessed by questionnaires and compared between two groups. Results Before corresponding treatment, the GMFM score (C, D and E zone), the number of transition from the sitting to standing position within 10 s and walking time of 10 m did not significantly differ between two groups (all P > 0.05). After 12 weeks of treatment, these parameters were all improved in both groups, and more significant effect was achieved in the observation group (all P < 0.05). Parents in the observation group reported a higher degree of satisfaction about the therapeutic effect compared with their counterparts in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusions Kinesio taping combined with core muscle training can effectively improve the motor function of children with cerebral palsy.
