内镜下尼龙绳套扎治疗消化道隆起性病变--附49例报告

目的:探讨内镜下尼龙绳套扎治疗宽基底或粗蒂消化道隆起性病变的临床疗效.方法:采用内镜下尼龙绳套扎法对49例宽基底或粗蒂消化道隆起性病变进行套扎,观察其疗效.结果:49例53枚消化道宽基底或粗蒂隆起性病变均一次性套扎成功,其中12例同时加行高频电凝切除;术后45例复查37例隆起性病变完全脱落消失(含已电凝切除者),7例部分脱落,1例未脱落;4例失访.1例同时加行高频电凝切除后并创面小动脉出血.治愈37例(82％)、有效7例(16％)、无效1例(2％).结论:尼龙绳套扎法对宽基底或粗蒂消化道隆起性病变的治疗效果满意,是一种安全、有效、经济、操作简便的方法,值得推广.

Endoscopic therapy with endoloop for protuberant lesions in gastraintestinal tract(a report of 49 cases)

Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of endoscopic therapy with endoloop for protuberant lesions with thick pedicle or broad base in the gastrointestinal tract. Methods: A total of 49 patients with protuberant lesions with thick pedicle or broad base received endoscopic therapy with endoloop. Results: The endoscopic therapies with endoloop were successfully carried out for 53 protuberant lesions with thick pedicle or broad base in 49 patients. Twelve patients were treated in combination with high-frequency electroblation. Of 45 patients receiving re-examination with endoscope after the therapy, 37 patients had protuberant lesions completely removed. Seven patients had partial removal and 1 patient did not have successful removal. One patients subjected to high-frequency electroblation was complicated with arteriolar bleeding at the site of removal. Of the 45 patients, 37 (82%) were cured. Seven(16%) were improved. One(2%) had no changes and 4 patients dropped out during follow-up. Conclusion: Endoscopic therapy with endoloop was a simple, safe, economic and effective treatment for protuberant lesions with thick pedicle or broad base in the gastrointestinal tract.
