绳带捆绑技术对脑梗死偏瘫患者肌力水平及生活质量的影响

目的分析绳带捆绑技术对脑梗死偏瘫患者肌力水平及生活质量的影响,为其临床治疗提供参考依据。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月我院收治的120例脑梗死偏瘫患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。两组均给予常规对症治疗,对照组在此基础上采用常规运动疗法,观察组在对照组基础上采用绳带捆绑技术。比较两组的偏瘫程度、Ashworth肌力分级、生活质量及下肢运功功能。结果治疗前,两组偏瘫评分、Ashworth肌力分级、ADL及FMA评分无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组偏瘫评分较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组Ashworth肌力分级优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组ADL、FMA评分均较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论绳带捆绑技术应用于脑梗死偏瘫患者的康复治疗中有助于促进患侧运动功能改善、肌力恢复,进而提高生活质量,值得临床应用和推广。

Effects of rope binding technique on muscle strength level and quality of life in hemiplegic patients caused by cerebral infarction

Objective To analyze the effects of rope binding technique on muscle strength level and quality of life in hemiplegic patients caused by cerebral infarction,and provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods A total of 120 hemiplegic patients caused by cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.Two groups were given conventional symptomatic treatment,the control group was given conventional exercise therapy on this basis,and the observation group was given rope binding technique on the basis of the control group.The degree of hemiplegia,Ashworth muscle strength grade,quality of life and lower extremity motor function were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in hemiplegia score,Ashworth muscle strength grade,ADL and FMA scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the hemiplegia score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and that of the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Ashworth muscle strength grade of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the ADL and FMA scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those of the observation group were higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The rope binding technique in the rehabilitation treatment of hemiplegic patients caused by cerebral infarction is helpful to promote the recovery of motor function and muscle strength of the affected side,and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
