情感护理对老年痴呆患者生活质量及护理满意度的影响

目的分析情感护理对老年痴呆患者生活质量及护理满意度的影响。方法选取2019年6月至2020年6月在我院医治的90例老年痴呆患者为研究对象,通过随机数字表法将其分为对照组(45例)和观察组(45例)。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采取情感护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果干预后,两组ADL、MMSE、QOL-AD评分均明显升高,SAS、SDS评分均明显降低,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情感护理应用于老年痴呆患者临床护理中,有利于缓解患者负性情绪,改善日常生活能力和认知功能,提高生活质量,且患者满意度较高。

Effects of emotional nursing on the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients with senile dementia

Objective To analyze the effects of emotional nursing on the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients with senile dementia.Methods Ninety patients with senile dementia treated in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group(45 cases)and observation group(45 cases)by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received emotional nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,ADL,MMSE and QOL-AD scores of the two groups significantly increased,SAS and SDS scores significantly decreased,and those of the observation group were better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Emotional nursing applied in the clinical nursing of patients with senile dementia is beneficial to alleviate negative emotions,improve the ability of daily living,cognitive function and the quality of life,and has high patients'satisfaction.
