乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿护理管理的应用效果

摘    要:目的分析乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿护理管理的应用效果。方法选定本院2018年1月至2019年6月收治的120例乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿患者,将其随机分为试验组和参照组,每组60例。参照组给予常规护理,试验组给予护理管理。比较两组护理效果。结果干预1个月后,试验组肩关节前屈、外展活动度、上肢功能优良率均明显高于参照组,双上肢周径差、上肢总感染率明显低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论护理管理可有效改善乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿患者的上肢功能,扩大关节活动度,降低感染率。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the application effect of nursing management on lymphedema of upper extremity after breast cancer operation.Methods From January 2018 to June 2019,120 patients with lymphedema of upper extremity after breast cancer operation admitted in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and reference group,with 60 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given nursing management.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After one month of intervention,the ranges of motion of shoulder flexion and abduction and excellent and good rate of upper limb function in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the reference group,and the difference of peripheral diameter of both upper limbs and the total infection rate of upper limbs were significantly lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing management can effectively improve the function of upper extremity,expand the joint activity and reduce the infection rate of patients with lymphedema of upper extremity after breast cancer operation.
