儿科护士疼痛管理知识及态度的调查分析

目的调查儿科护士疼痛管理知识及态度现状,为提高儿科护士疼痛管理水平提供依据。方法采用中文版儿科护士疼痛知识与态度调查量表对961名儿科护士进行问卷调查,分析其疼痛管理知识及态度现状、疼痛管理工具使用情况、疼痛管理知识及态度的影响因素。结果研究对象的答题平均正确率为(38.8±7.8)%。多元线性回归结果显示,科室、是否有护士长管理经验、是否通过疼痛知识培训是护士疼痛管理知识及态度的影响因素(P<0.05),可解释29.7%的变异量。结论儿科护士缺乏疼痛管理知识,建议加强疼痛管理教育,拟定与临床实践切实相关的儿童疼痛管理培训。

Investigation and analysis of pain management knowledge and attitude of pediatric nurses

Objective To investigate the status of pain management knowledge and attitude of pediatric nurses,and to provide a basis for improving the level of pain management of pediatric nurses.Methods A questionnaire scale of Chinese version of the pediatric nurses’ pain knowledge and attitudes was used to questionnaire survey 961 pediatric nurses,and the status of pain management knowledge and attitudes,the use of pain management tools and the factors affecting pain management knowledge and attitudes were analyzed.Results The average correct rate of the answer of study objects was(38.8±7.8)%.Multivariate linear regression results showed that the department,whether had management experience as a head nurse,and whether through pain knowledge training were the influencing factors of nurse pain management knowledge and attitude(P<0.05),which could explain 29.7% of the variance.Conclusion Paediatric nurses lack knowledge of pain management,and it is recommended to strengthen pain management education and develop child pain management training that is practically relevant to clinical practice.
